Last updated 14 October 2026. This note covers the Unstuck Intelligence private beta. A full privacy policy replaces it before public launch, when accounts and payments arrive.
The short version
The audit runs inside your own Claude, using the connectors you added there. Your emails, files and documents stay in your Claude. Unstuck stores nothing during the beta.
Who we are
Unstuck is run by Sabahudin Murtic (Sab) in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Questions about this note: message Sab on LinkedIn or email sabahudin@unstuckhub.com.
What stays in your Claude
Claude reads your tools (email, calendar, files, accounting and so on) through the connectors on your Claude account, and only after you approve each one. That data is handled by Anthropic under your own Claude account terms. It is not sent to Unstuck.
What reaches Unstuck
When Claude asks Unstuck a question during the audit, it sends only what that question needs:
- your business name and first name, if Claude has them
- short notes on what slows you down, written by Claude in plain words
- the names of the tools you have connected
- the time and value estimates behind a pick, and the before and after number you measure
- your verdict on a fix, and a comment if you give one
Unstuck uses this to answer the question and then forgets it. It is not saved, not shared and not used to train anything.
What we store
Nothing. The beta has no database and keeps no record of your answers. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard request logs for a short time to run the service: the time, your IP address and the address that was called, which includes your access key.
This website
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking. Fonts are served from this site. Community and Academy links go to Whop, which has its own privacy policy.
Your access key
Your key is personal and works like a password. Remove the connector in Claude to stop using Unstuck. Ask Sab and your key is switched off.
What will change
Before public launch, keys are replaced by signing in with an account, and paid plans arrive. Later, you may be asked to share an anonymised outcome record after a fix (bands only, never names or content), and only if you say yes each time. This note will be updated before any of that goes live.
