From jargon that sounded like Greek to building her own workflows

Authique builds the voice and authority of founders and leaders on LinkedIn. We set up Pooja's own Claude Cowork workspace, wrote her business and her voice into one folder, and put her first routines on a schedule. Then she started building the next ones herself.

Where the week went

What the work looked like before we built anything. One problem, one system to fix it.

1The jargon
MCPs, Markdown files, IDs, skills, plugins, connectors.
Honestly sounded like Greek to me.Pooja
Wondered if I'd ever reach that level.Pooja
2Lead to client
A payment comes in.
Her co-founder runs the sales call.
Pooja drafts each custom proposal by hand.
And writes each client's LinkedIn content by hand.
3Her time
Three tools open to finish one piece of work.
No room to grow or take time off.
How we worked

Find. Fix. Automate.

  1. 1Find: we watched the work

On the first calls she mapped her lead-to-client process step by step: the payment, the sales call, then a proposal and client content written by hand.

  2. 2Fix: we made the job simpler

Started with the foundation, not the automation: one folder that holds her business and her voice, so nothing is explained twice. Sessions spread out to her pace of learning.

  3. 3Automate: we built what runs

Installed the plugins and skills, put four routines on a schedule and built her first lead tracker and contact list workflows. Then she started building on her own.

The system

Her Claude Cowork workspace

Her own Claude Cowork workspace, her voice on file, and 4 routines on a schedule.

The problem

A founder doing every proposal and every client post by hand, in tools that sounded like Greek.

What we built

Her own Claude workspace with her voice on file and routines on a schedule, taught at her pace.

What changed

Before and after

Skills, plugins and MCPs sounded like Greek.
In her words: "Five sessions later, I wasn't just understanding them. I was experimenting with them."
Her business and voice explained from scratch each time.
One folder with her business and her voice that Claude reads first.
Leads and contacts gathered by hand.
A daily lead tracker and a weekly contact list, built as workflows.
Wondering if she would ever reach that level.
In her words: "I find myself constantly exploring new Skills, building workflows, trying different MCPs."
in their words

When we started, terms like MCPs, Markdown (.md) files, IDs, Skills, plugins, connectors, and workflows honestly sounded like Greek to me. I would hear people talk about them and wonder if I'd ever reach that level. Five sessions later, I wasn't just understanding them. I was experimenting with them. One thing I appreciated most about Sabahudin was that he never taught to impress. He taught to empower.

Run this pattern on your own data

This case is now a pattern the Unstuck MCP is trained on. Connect it to your Claude and it looks for the same signals in your own tools, picks the one worth fixing first, and builds it with you.

Pattern

Founder's own Claude workspace with scheduled routines

The business and the owner's voice written down once, then daily, weekly and monthly routines and a lead tracker on a schedule, taught at the owner's pace so they build the next ones themselves.

What they own now

Theirs, for good

  • Her Unstuck folder, her global instructions and her voice files, on her own machine.
  • The plugins and skills inside her own Claude.
  • The four scheduled routines.
  • The lead tracker and contact list workflows, and the LinkedIn Content Playbook.

Planned next: a content workflow, LinkedIn outreach, and the lead tracker moved into Notion.
