Where the week went
What the work looked like before we built anything. One problem, one system to fix it.
Find. Fix. Automate.
- 1Find: we watched the work
Mapped his whole week into 10 workflows across 3 zones: find people, win and deliver, stay visible.
- 2Fix: we made the job simpler
Wrote the business down first: 8 context files plus the HubSpot and Notion data models, so every workflow reads the same facts.
- 3Automate: we built what runs
The first two workflows, target list and outreach, were built and tested together. Then Michel took over and kept building on his own.
Find people: target list to outreach
A solo advisor's own AI operating system: 10 workflows mapped, the first ones live, the rest his next builds.
Admin eating the hours a solo advisor needs to win the next mandate.
His own operating system on Claude Code: 10 workflows mapped, the first two live, and the parts he built himself.
How a day of admin went
- Step 1Open HubSpot, Aimfox and the task list
- Step 2where it hurtCross-reference them by hand
- Step 3Prep the next meeting from scratch
- Step 4Log the call into the CRM
- Step 5Write the day's LinkedIn post
How the system runs
Each line is a hand-off the system now does. The orange line is the result a person checks.
A campaign never starts on its own. Michel switches it on.
- 1Workflow 1, target list: a lead CSV in, LinkedIn and company enrichment, an ICP score from 0 to 100, a qualified list out.
- 2Workflow 2, outreach: personal LinkedIn messages for qualified leads, 2 test messages approved before the batch, then pushed to an Aimfox campaign and to HubSpot.
- 38 context files: ICP, positioning, offerings, commercial model, sales playbook, content pillars, partnerships and tool stack.
- 4HubSpot and Notion data models, and a build plan for the full system.
- 5Built by Michel: an Aimfox to HubSpot sync that runs every 4 hours on his own machine.
- 6Built by Michel: a retro after every run. Claude lists what was not optimal and Michel approves each change.
- 7Built by Michel: one folder layout for every workflow, with input, output and retro.
- 8Advice on how to structure skills, plugins and the system, plus a push on LinkedIn personal branding.

Before and after
I engaged Sabahudin as an advisor while building my own AI operating system around Claude Code, and his guidance shortened my learning curve.

I engaged Sabahudin as an advisor while building my own AI operating system around Claude Code, and his guidance shortened my learning curve. He helped me think through how to structure skills, plugins, and the broader system architecture, and gave me a strong push on LinkedIn personal branding alongside that. I built the system myself, but the conversations with Sabahudin sharpened both the technical setup and the visibility side. For solo operators who want to think clearly about how to layer AI into their practice and how to show up publicly while doing it, a few hours with Sabahudin is a high-leverage investment.

Run this pattern on your own data
This case is now a pattern the Unstuck MCP is trained on. Connect it to your Claude and it looks for the same signals in your own tools, picks the one worth fixing first, and builds it with you.
Solo advisor's target list and outreach engine
The business written down once, then a lead list scored for fit and turned into personal first messages, pushed to the CRM with the owner approving.
Theirs, for good
- The plugin and every workflow file, running in his own Claude Code with his own accounts.
- His 8 context files and the HubSpot and Notion data models.
- The parts he built himself: the sync, the retro loop and the folder layout.
Next on his list: the daily commands for his morning briefing, meeting prep and meeting notes.
