How we worked

Find. Fix. Automate.

Connected along the way

  1. 1Find: we watched the work

Started with the questions under every post: who he is, what his core message is, who his target audience is.

  2. 2Fix: we made the job simpler

Turned those answers into a structure, so a post starts from his message, not a blank page.

  3. 3Automate: we built what runs

GPT prompts that find content worth making and help create it. Posting stays with him.

The system

The GPT content system

A GPT content system for a fractional COO, built on his core message first.

The problem

Hard to start, harder to keep the pace, and no written core message to post from.

What we built

A GPT content system that starts with his positioning, then finds and creates the content.

Before

How a post got made

  1. Step 1Decide to post this week
  2. Step 2where it hurtWork out what to say from scratch
  3. Step 3Write it and post it
  4. Step 4Lose the pace the week after
After

How the system runs

Each line is a hand-off the system now does. The orange line is the result a person checks.

I wholeheartedly recommend Sabahudin as all the authority you will ever need for growing your Linkedin account. His Gpt prompts and system for creating and finding LinkedIn content that works for you is very structured, thoughtful and very much actionable. As done-for-you as it gets. It also forces you to think about who you are, what your core message is and who your target audience is. Starting out can be the hardest part, but keeping up the pace is also challenging and Sabahudin tries and manages to lessen the impact of these challenges to the greatest extent possible through his GPT content system. Naturally, some things are always going to be down to the individual using his content creation system. I 110% recommend Sabahudin to anyone looking to find a bit of structure, or just "themselves".

Run this pattern on your own data

This case is now a pattern the Unstuck MCP is trained on. Connect it to your Claude and it looks for the same signals in your own tools, picks the one worth fixing first, and builds it with you.

Pattern

Positioning-first LinkedIn content system

A busy expert's positioning (who they are, their core message, their audience) written down first, then prompts that find post ideas and draft posts from it, with the expert posting.

What they own now

Theirs, for good

  • The GPT prompts and the content structure.
  • His written positioning: who he is, his core message and his audience.
